Our Monthly Coffee Club Program is only
available over the phone.
Just follow our 4 easy steps to receive your
5 (FIVE) bags of coffee every month with FREE
SHIPPING!  There is a
minimum of 3 shipments
(5 bags each shipment) to receive the FREE
SHIPPING.
 Our friendly sales merchants will be
happy to assist you.
Step #1:
Call us toll free at 1-800-338-8353 (Monday -
Friday 6:00 am - 3:30 pm Hawaii Standard Time) and
let us help you create a personalized coffee program
for yourself or as a gift to a friend.

There is a
minimum 3 shipments (5 bags each ship-
ment) to receive the FREE SHIPPING.  Monthly Coffee
Club orders are shipped by UPS Ground service to
street addresses within the continental U.S. only
(P.O. Box and outside continental U.S. Addresses
require additional shipping charges).

Step #2:
Select the 5 (FIVE) 8 oz. or 10 oz. bags of LION or
Royal Kona coffee you would like to receive as your
"regular shipment" and we will repeat the same
selection each shipment.  
Remember to specify
whole bean or auto drip grind.

Step #3:
Choose to receive your Monthly Coffee Club
shipments monthly or bi-monthly.

Step #4:
We will conveniently charge your credit card on a
monthly or bi-monthly basis, depending on the
delivery schedule you choose.

Additional Bag Costs:
$0.30 more per bag for 10 oz. LION Estate Coffees.
$1.00 more per bag for 8 or 10 oz. decaffeinated coffees (excluding 100% Kona decaf).
$1.00 more per bag for 10 oz. LION Pure Choice.
$8.00 more per bag for 7 oz. 100% Kona (LION or Royal Kona).
$9.00 more per bag for 7 oz. 100% Kona Peaberry (LION or Royal Kona), 100%
 Kona Estate, 100% Kona Decaffeinated.
$2.00 more per bag when changing from a 20 oz. non-Kona bag to a 20 oz. LION
 Kona Gold.  (20 oz. or 18 oz. bags may be substituted as two 10 oz. bags.)

Additional Shipping Costs:
  • Additional shipping charges will be applied for items exceeding the 5 bags or 8 oz.
    or 10 oz. coffee.
  • Additional shipping charges required for shipping to P.O. Box, or outside
    continental U.S.

Making Changes To Your Monthly Club Program:
  • Please call us toll free at 1-800-338-8353 (Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 3:30 pm
    Hawaii Standard Time) with your change.  Please allow 10 days from your ship
    date to make changes.

Return Policy:
  • Products returned within 30 days of original shipment may be credited for the
    value of unopened merchandise minus $2.00 per bag to cover the original shipping
    and handling.
  • Undeliverable return: If a shipment is returned as undeliverable, the return cost
    may also be subtracted from the credit amount.
  • Please contact us prior to returning your products should you have any questions.

Change of Address
  • Customers are responsible for notifying us at least 10 days prior to your Monthly   
    Club ship dates.
  • All return fees due to incorrect addresses will be billed to the customer.

Canceling Monthly Coffee Club Program
  • After three shipments, you may call to cancel with a 30 day notice.
